Open Position: Graphic Designer (E-commerce)
Location: Remote / Toronto (hybrid option available)
Are you a creative Graphic Designer with an eye for detail and a passion for e-commerce and digital branding?
Bennet & Co. is looking for a talented professional to help strengthen our visual identity and create high-quality digital experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities
Create high-quality graphic content for the website, including banners, product images, landing pages and promotional materials.
Create visual content for social media, email campaigns and online advertising.
Maintain and strengthen the brand identity across all digital channels.
Work with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
Optimize graphic content for desktop and mobile devices.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in e-commerce).
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) or equivalent software.
A solid understanding of branding and digital design.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.
A professional portfolio of your work.

Are you organized, customer-focused and experienced in e-commerce?
Bennet & Co. is looking for a motivated professional to support our day-to-day operations and help deliver an excellent shopping experience.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries by email and through support systems.
Monitor order processing and coordinate shipments.
Manage returns, refunds and customer service cases.
Support website updates and product uploads.
Help improve operational processes.
Work with the marketing and logistics teams.
Requirements
Experience in e-commerce or online retail.
Excellent communication skills (French is an asset).
A problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Accuracy, organization and attention to detail.
Knowledge of Shopify is preferred.
